Le Locataire devra s’abstenir de façon absolument de jeter dans les lavabos, baignoires, éviers, W-C etc… des objets de nature à obstruer les canalisations, faute de quoi, il sera redevable des frais occasionnés pour la remise en service de ces appareils. A peine de résiliation, le Locataire ne pourra, EN AUCUN CAS, sous-louer ni céder ses droits au présent contrat sans le consentement exprès de l’Agence. Il devra habiter bourgeoisement les locaux loués, et ne pourra sous aucun prétexte, y entreposer des meubles meublants. L’installation de tentes et le stationnement de caravanes sur le terrain de la propriété sont interdits. Les locaux présentement loués ne doivent sous aucun prétexte être occupés par un nombre de personnes supérieur à celui indiqué aux dispositions particulières, sauf accord préalable de l’Agence. Le Locataire devra laisser exécuter, dans les lieux, les travaux urgents nécessaires au maintien en l’état des locaux loués et des éléments d’équipement commun
