Ideally located for exploring Morzine on foot, just a few meters from the slopes and shops, and notably the Chaudanne restaurant with its famous wine bar, this luxuriously finished apartment is particularly spacious. It has been designed and furnished to comfortably accommodate eight people.

This 136 m² apartment occupies the entire ground floor and has its own private, level-entry access.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious foyer with plenty of closets, a laundry room, and a large living area with a beautifully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm), while the third is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) plus two bunk beds (90 × 200 cm).

Additional amenities include a basement parking space with an electric-car charger, a private outdoor parking spot, a generous cellar with easy access for bike storage, and a large ski locker with a boot dryer.

Included services: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, a set of toiletries, and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds are made up for winter stays; in summer this service is available for an additional fee. Summer Multipass membership.

The sleeping area has been designed to combine comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower room with toilet, whilst the third shares its shower room and toilet with the sleeping loft. Two bedrooms are fitted with single beds (90 x 200 cm), whilst the third features a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A sleeping loft completes the accommodation, with bunk beds, ideal for children. Each of the bedrooms are equiped with a smart TV.

For your convenience, the apartment also includes a private underground garage with a power outlet, as well as an additional outdoor parking space. A spacious cellar provides easy storage for bikes, and a ski locker with boot dryer ensures optimal comfort after a day on the slopes.
