You will quickly reach the Super Morzine lifts on foot as well as all the shops located at 500 M. Its layout on two levels offers a large entrance with ski-room equipped with boot dryers, a boiler room and laundry room ideal for drying clothes on return from skiing. As well as 3 bedrooms equipped with TWIN beds all with shower and WC. One of the bedrooms even has a large terrace with an incredible view of the resort. Access to the lower ground floor is via a wide staircase and opens onto 3 other TWIN bedrooms with shower / WC each with access to an outdoor terrace. There is also a magnificent kitchen opening onto a large table for many family meals by the wood-burning stove, a living room with XL TV and a second TV lounge area on the mezzanine. You will find on this level the sauna, a guest toilet and access to the garden to enjoy the terrace and the jacuzzi. Bike wash

The 1st floor is open on 90 m2 of light and conviviality which will provoke a wahoo effect! A splendid kitchen with central island and granite worktop and a dining area promise beautiful moments of sharing. And the living room, cozy with its glass fireplace on 3 sides, extends into the billiard area. The very sunny terrace and balcony offer a dominant and breathtaking view for well-deserved moments of relaxation.
