This magnificent apartment is located in the heart of Morzine town center. At the foot of the gondola giving access to Avoriaz and the all area of Les Portes du Soleil. Everything is literally a stone's throw away, shops, bars, restaurants , indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as the Parc des "Dérèches", which invite you to take a leisurely stroll along the river.
We introduce you a completely renovated 2 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a chalet.
Imagine skiing from your flat, going out for a drink, having dinner in a restaurant... all on foot.
Just before entering the apartment, leave your stuff and ski gear. You will first cross the new and fully-equipped kitchen opened on the bright living/dining room with high ceilings, all overlooking the south-facing balcony. Then the sleeping area with a large double bedroom that is separated from the living room by a curtain rather than a door (it is fitted with storage and a 160cm x 200cm bed), and also a second bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm bed, a walk-in shower bathroom and a separate toilet with hand-washer.
The flat is ideally located, but the neighbourhood is very busy and noisy.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge.
