It is in this sector that we have the pleasure of presenting this charming duplex to you. In 5 minutes on foot, crossing the Passerelle which is less than 200m away, it is easy to access the ski lifts and all the shops and restaurants.
The apartment has its own individual entrance on the first floor. It is part of a small complex that gives the impression of entering a small chalet rather than a traditional apartment.
It consists of an entrance with separate WC, an open-plan kitchen leading into the living area, all opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace with views of the village and the Pléney slopes. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with a landing equipped with numerous cupboards, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a small bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a bathroom (shower).
At your disposal, a COVERED parking space for one car, a ski locker and a cellar for your bikes. WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and garden furniture.
Services included: beds made on your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries kit and end of stay cleaning. Multipass summer member.
