This superb and particularly spacious duplex has been completely renovated with luxurious finishes. It has been designed to accommodate 12 people and is composed on the first level of: an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a spacious and very bright living room with a large kitchen opening onto the dining room and the lounge area. A large south-west facing balcony overlooks the busy main street. On the same level there is a bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds and a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. The access to the first floor is via a beautiful and imposing staircase and leads to a resting area overlooking the living room. There are two bedrooms with 2 beds 90x200 cm and the last bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm. All bedrooms are ensuite with bath or shower and WC and very spacious with plenty of storage space. The large private garage can accommodate up to 4 cars and store bicycles. There is a ski room with a boot dryer, ideal for returning from the slopes. Access to the apartment is direct from the garage and by lift.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge.
